Meet Keisha

Therapist • Grief Coach • Mother of Three • Advocate for Healing

In 2021, my world changed forever. I lost my 21-year-old son to a terminal illness, and life as I knew it unraveled. The days that followed were filled with silence, heartbreak, and questions no mother should ever have to ask: How do I keep going? Who am I now? Can I ever feel whole again?

Through that pain, I began a personal journey — not to “move on,” but to move forward. Slowly and tenderly, I began rediscovering myself. I learned to hold space for both grief and joy, for sorrow and gratitude. I realized that healing wasn’t about letting go — it was about learning to carry my son’s memory with love, grace, and purpose.

That journey led me here.

Today, I walk alongside other mothers who have experienced the unimaginable. I became a certified grief coach to offer what I so desperately needed in my darkest moments — compassionate guidance, emotional support, and a safe space to heal without pressure or judgment.

My mission is simple but sacred:

To help grieving mothers rediscover their identity, honor their child’s legacy, and take gentle steps toward a life where love, hope, and joy can live again.

You are not broken. You are becoming.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

Because I understand what it feels like to lose a piece of your heart. I’m not coming to you from a textbook or a clinical office — I’m coming to you as a mother who knows the ache of empty arms, the fog of unanswered questions, and the quiet courage it takes to simply get out of bed after loss.
